Maurice (Mom) Boucher’s son arrested for allegedly threatening cops

MONTREAL – The son of former Hells Angels kingpin Maurice (Mom) Boucher has been charged with uttering death threats against two Montreal police officers.

Police say Francis Boucher was arrested last Friday and appeared in court the following day.

The 39-year-old Boucher faces three charges in all and is set to return to court this coming Friday.

Police say the incident began in an east-end Montreal bar where he was allegedly intoxicated and bothering customers.

When called to the scene, police told him to leave. That is when he allegedly threatened them as well as revealing his father’s identity.

Maurice (Mom) Boucher is currently serving a life sentence after having been found guilty of ordering the murder of two prison guards in 1997.
