Montreal Impact get rare 1-0 road win over the New England Revolution

FOXBORO, Mass. – Sanna Nyassi scored got the goal that earned the Montreal Impact a 1-0 away victory over the New England Revolution on Sunday at Gillette Stadium.

The Impact entered the game with only one road win all season, but doubled that tally after their Gambian winger scored a second-half goal on a stunning solo effort.

Nyassi picked the ball well inside his own half and sprinted 75 yards before firing home from outside of the box.

With the victory, Montreal (10-13-3) moves to within three points of a playoff spot, while New England (6-12-5) is now 0-5-1 in its last six matches, with a playoff berth slowly slipping away.
