Clarification to Aug. 4 story on freedom-of-information request in Alberta

EDMONTON – An Aug. 4 Canadian Press story on the Alberta government’s refusal to release information pertaining to regulatory hearings could have been construed to suggest the refusal came from the Alberta Energy Regulator. The documents were withheld by Alberta Environment and Alberta Energy, not the regulator.
