AuRico Gold Inc. (TSX:AUQ). Miner. Down $1.01, or 13.17 per cent, at $6.66 on 6,899,294 shares.

Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. (TSX:CNQ). Oil and gas. Up 83 cents, or 3.13 per cent, at $27.31 on 4,182,389 shares.

Baja Mining Corp. (TSX:BAJ). Down 1.5 cents, or 13.64 per cent, at 9.5 cents on 3,311,636 shares.

Talisman Energy Inc. (TSX:TLM). Oil and gas. Up 11 cents, or 0.97 per cent, at $11.42 on 3,305,262 shares.

Precision Drilling Corp. (TSX:PD). Miner. Up 42 cents, or 6.41 per cent, at $6.97 on 3,010,541 shares.

Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 61 cents, or 3.05 per cent, at $20.63 on 2,840,118 shares.

TSX Venture Exchange (1,176.75 down 6.60 points):

Border Petroleum Corp. (TSXV:BOR). Oil and gas. Up 2.5 cents, or 17.24 per cent, at 17 cents on 13,069,670 shares.

Mart Resources Inc. (TSXV:MMT). Oil and gas. Down five cents, or 3.38 per cent, at $1.43 on 6,960,979 shares.

Heroux-Devtek Inc. (TSX:HRX). Aerospace technology. Up $2.57, or 32.74 per cent, at $10.42 on 1,006,245 shares. The Quebec aerospace manufacturer is selling about one-third of its business to an American company for $300 million in cash to focus on its landing gear division.

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM). Miner. Down 33 cents, or 1.94 per cent, at $16.64 on 1,882,248 shares. First Quantum says it is temporarily suspending operations at its Guelb Moghrein copper-gold mine in Mauritania due to a strike.The Vancouver-based company says it is in the midst of a government-facilitated mediation process to resolve the strike, which First Quantum says is illegal.
