In this photo by Aaron Favila, a boy riding a small boat takes shelter from rains underneath a bridge in suburban Navotas, north of Manila, Philippines. Heavy rains Tuesday disrupted street traffic and train services and caused schools to suspend classes in most of Metro Manila. Government forecasters warned of continuing heavy rains due to the southwest monsoon and warned of the threat of flooding.
