Phillies select Moniak with top pick in Major League Baseball draft

SECAUCUS, N.J. – The Philadelphia Phillies selected outfielder Mickey Moniak with the first pick in the Major League Baseball draft.

The Toronto Blue Jays have the 21st overall pick.

The draft will continue through Saturday.
