Man critically injured in targeted double shooting in Williams Lake, B.C.

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. – A shooting in Williams Lake, B.C., has injured two men, one of them critically.

RCMP say the attack was targeted but have not said if any suspects were identified.

Mounties were called to a home on the northwest edge of the Cariboo city just before 5 p.m. on Saturday.

They say one of the unnamed victims had suffered potentially life-threatening injuries, while the second man had only minor wounds.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the shooting.

They also want to talk to business owners about any surveillance footage from cameras pointed toward the street.
