Dougall Road South public information session

Residents are invited to an information session to view the proposed design and construction timelines for traffic calming measures in the Dougall Road South area, between Jurome and Gemini roads.

The information session will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 4 – 6 p.m. in Rutland Lions Park, 175 Gray Rd., at the corner of Pemberton and Jurome roads.

“The traffic calming plan we are presenting is a direct result of resident input received from an information session held earlier this summer,” says Laurens Campbell, Engineering Traffic Technician. “Residents helped identify the highest priority issues and we have developed a plan that will best address their concerns.”

The proposed design drawings will be available for viewing.

Representatives from the City of Kelowna and a consultant will be on hand to answer questions.

Residents unable to attend the information session can view the design drawings online at kelowna.ca/cityprojects.
