Here’s a list April inflation rates for Canadian provinces, territories

OTTAWA – Canada’s national annual inflation rate was 2.2 per cent in April, Statistics Canada says. Here’s what happened in the provinces (previous month in brackets):

— Newfoundland and Labrador: 1.5 per cent (1.6)

— Prince Edward Island: 2.2 (2.4)

— Nova Scotia: 2.8 (2.4)

— New Brunswick: 2.2 (2.5)

— Quebec: 1.7 (1.6)

— Ontario: 2.1 (2.4)

— Manitoba: 2.9 (2.4)

— Saskatchewan: 2.5 (2.9)

— Alberta: 2.3 (2.3)

— British Columbia: 2.7 (2.6)
