TORONTO – Ricky Ray, Trevor Harris and Mitchell Gale all threw touchdown passes for Toronto as the Argonauts romped to a 41-23 victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Thursday, the CFL pre-sesaon finale for both teams.
WINNIPEG – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have released Max Hall, a former starting quarterback with the CFL club.

MONTREAL – Chevon Walker scored three first-half touchdowns as the expansion Ottawa Redblacks downed the Montreal Alouettes 26-10 in pre-season CFL play Friday night.
VANCOUVER – The B.C. Lions will be honouring Geroy Simon by adding his No. 81 jersey to B.C. Place Stadium’s Ring of Honour this summer.
Veteran kicker Justin Palardy was among 14 players released Saturday by the expansion Ottawa Redblacks.
TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts have released 14 players, including veteran receiver Romby Bryant.
