100 years of women’s fitness in 100 seconds

The UK insurance company Benenden has a viral hit on their hands with a video portraying the colourful history of women's fitness over the past century.

The YouTube video features exercises from the 1910 designed to avoid persperation, through to the Jazzercise and the aerobics of the more modern age.
