Shots fired at Kamloops drug house

KAMLOOPS – No one was hit when shots were fired inside a known drug house in Kamloops early Friday morning.

RCMP say someone discharged a firearm several times at the home in the 1000-block of Ollek Street in Brocklehurst around 4:51 a.m. on April 3.

“The bullets from the firearm did not exit the residence,” Staff Sgt. Edward Preto says in a media release. “No one from the residence could provide any details on what had occurred.”

Anyone with information which could help the RCMP with the investigation are asked to call the Kamloops detachment at 250-828-3000, You can remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
