Shuswap man all smiles after $50,000 lotto win

A Lucky Lines Scratch and Win ticket that was purchased at the Eagle Valley Pharmacy on Main Street in Sicamous turned out to be a grand prize winner.

And now Harold Fitzpatrick from Sicamous is $50,000 wealthier because of it, according to a press release from the B.C. Lottery Corporation.

“I scratched it and couldn’t believe my eyes, so I took it to a nearby gas station to check it,” he said in the release.

“It feels really good. It makes me feel special and blessed.”
