Kelowna home invasion leaves victim ‘extremely shaken’: RCMP

Police are on the hunt for two suspects who broke into a Kelowna home last night and threatened the woman living there.

Officers were called to a home in the 1900 block of Pandosy Street in Kelowna at around 11:30 p.m. yesterday, Oct. 5, according to an RCMP media release.

Two unknown men had broke into her apartment, threatened her and damaged property before taking off.

“The victim, a woman in her 40s, was uninjured but extremely shaken by the incident,” Kelowna RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy said in the release. “We do not believe this victim was the intended target, and the suspects may have gone to the wrong address.”

The two suspects were wearing tracksuits with hoods, gloves and non-medical masks.
