Kamloops RCMP seek armed robbery suspect

Kamloops RCMP are searching for a suspect after an armed robbery at a business on Columbia Street West this afternoon.

Police responded to reports of a robbery in the 1100 block of Columbia Street West just before 3 p.m. today, April 30, according to an RCMP media release

The suspect, armed with a knife, fled on foot through the back door of the store.

The suspect is described as a skinny 5'9" Caucasian male. He's around 30 years old with green or blue eyes. At the time he was wearing a black neck gaiter pulled up to cover his face. He also had blue jeans and a black hoodie.
