Kamloops RCMP release images of theft suspects

Kamloops RCMP are hoping to track down a pair of suspects in relation to a theft from a parked vehicle, and are releasing images of the duo.

At about 4:20 p.m. on March 20, police received a report of the crime on the 200-block of Victoria Street.

RCMP say a black leather satchel containing identification and other items were taken from the vehicle.

"Surveillance was obtained at different locations where the stolen financial cards were used. In one of the videos, a woman appears to be wearing the satchel," an RCMP news release said.

“It is our hope that someone will recognize the man or the woman and provide their names to police, or that the pair will come forth and assist police in locating the satchel," Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Constable Crystal Evelyn said in the news release.

Anyone who recognizes the two suspects or knows the location of the satchel is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and reference RCMP file number 2021-8587.
