Creatively Guided — A Movement of Healing, Gratitude, and Growth

For Tiffany, founder of Creatively Guided, this is more than a business — it’s a movement. Based in Kelowna, Tiffany has transformed her journey of trauma, healing, and self-discovery into something beautiful: a brand that helps others heal from the inside out through mindfulness, gratitude, and creativity.
The Beginning: Gratitude Tea
It all began five years ago with her first creation, Gratitude Tea — a soothing blend that became part of Tiffany’s personal ritual for reflection and calm. As a single mom who had endured years of struggle and abuse, Tiffany found comfort in the simple act of making tea and being present. She soon realized she could share that healing with others. “Healing starts from within, one sip, one breath, and one mindful moment at a time,” she says. Each tea now comes with ritual cards that guide customers through moments of mindfulness, gratitude, and self-awareness.

Handcrafted Products Made with Heart
Tiffany has expanded Creatively Guided into a line of handcrafted wellness products. Along with Gratitude Tea, Helping Hand Tea, Sleepy Time Tea, and many more, she creates original artwork, Gratitude Whiteboards, and downloadable PDFs: “60 Days of Gratitude” and “Tiffany’s Story”. Her natural tinctures, designed for stress relief, digestive health, skin healing, and menstrual wellness, will soon be available, complementing her teas to support full-body healing.
Every Creatively Guided product is created to inspire mindfulness, gratitude, and full-body healing—perfect for personal use or as thoughtful gifts.

Building a Community of Gratitude
As Creatively Guided launches its new online shopping website on October 10th at www.creativelyguided.ca, Tiffany will offer her products through the convenience of her electronic store, and she will deliver to your door within the Kelowna area. The company plans to expand with retail partnerships. Stay connected and inspired by following her on Instagram (@creativelyguided), TikTok (@iamcreativelyguided), YouTube (creativityguidesme), and X (formerly Twitter) for mindful messages, gratitude tips, and monthly astrological action steps.
“Creatively Guided isn’t just about products, it’s about building a community that supports healing and growth,” Tiffany shares.
Tiffany is available to speak at school and home events, too. Email her to find out her availability.
Giving Back Through the Creatively Guided Community Fund
A portion of every purchase will go toward Tiffany’s Community Fund, which supports small business owners, women’s shelters, and those in need in the Kelowna area, with full transparency on her website.
Creatively Guided reminds us that gratitude isn’t just a feeling — it’s a daily practice, and the start of true healing.
