Kelowna Mounties have released a still image someone they want to talk to about City Hall getting paint with graffiti again last night.

The first was Oct. 27 when it appears someone with a ladder used black spray paint to spread messages about COVID-19 being a 'plandemic.' Despite questions, police have said nothing about the graffiti since then until this morning, Nov. 11, hours after it appears the same suspect struck again.

In similar handwriting and with similar black spray-paint, this message goes on about "freedom and constraints," in the words of RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy.

She said it happened around 4:30 a.m.

“Our initial investigation has led us to search for a person of interest in this matter,” says Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy of the Kelowna RCMP. “He is described as approximately 6 feet tall, slim build, wearing ripped blue jeans, a balaclava, and a black winter jacket with a hood.”
