Kelowna’s McMillan farm preparing for pumpkin season, sets opening date

One of Kelowna's favourite fall farms is counting its pumpkins and preparing to open later this month.

McMillan Farms, located at 3690 Berard Rd, recently announced its opening date for the season for Sept. 26.

The farm will stay open until Oct. 31, according to the farm's website.

McMillan Farms have been in operation for the last 16 years and is known for its variety of pumpkins, gourds, corn and hay mazes and other activities.

The farm is currently working towards meeting the provincial health officer's regulations to ensure the safety of staff and customers under the COVID-19 pandemic, according to its website.
