Enderby’s connection to the Super Bowl

ENDERBY – In between football and Katy Perry Sunday evening, audiences were treated to a sneak peak of a movie filmed partly in Enderby.

A trailer for Tomorrowland, starring George Clooney, Britt Robertson and Hugh Laurie, debuted when the game went to commercials.

The trailer reveals a magical world of space ships and wondrous gadgets, but doesn’t give too much away — that would spoil the mystery its producers have worked so hard to keep intact.

Locals involved in the film had to sign a disclosure form saying they wouldn’t reveal the film’s secrets.

Portions of the movie were filmed in Enderby in the summer of 2013. Clooney kept a low profile, but people still managed to have some fun with him.

According to IMBd, Tomorrowland will be in theatres May 22, 2015.
