Rock bands Steel Panther and Buckcherry coming to Penticton

Metal fans have a chance to see Steel Panther and Buckcherry live this spring in Penticton.

The bands have teamed up for The Northern Exposure Tour which is making a stop at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre on April 16.

Tickets start at $75 and they go on sale on Feb. 14.

Robert Kurt Diemer is the opener for the tour.

The rest of the tour is taking the bands to Edmonton, Regina, Montreal, Quebec City and more.

The spandex-clad quartet Steel Panther burst onto the scene in 2009 with “Death To All But Metal” and followed it up with hits like “Asian Hooker”, “Community Property” and “Girl From Oklahoma.”

Buckcherry is taking this tour following the 20th anniversary deluxe edition of their multi-platinum album “15” and ahead of their 11th studio album “Roar Like Thunder.”
