Slack, like everyone else, struggles on last day before the long weekend

Happy Friday office dwellers, Slack is down.

Offices across the Slack-i-verse are reporting increased productivity as the communication channel so many rely on struggles with some tech issues.

Slack users are having problems sending messages, receiving messages, doubling up on messages and simply not seeing the whole interface.

The troubles started around seven hours ago, but Slack has been working on it.

Their last update at 12:51 p.m. said “Still no news to share on a resolution, but please continue to let us know if you're running into any trouble after reloading. We'll return with more updates soon."

A site called Down Detector, indicates that the problem is heavy in North America at the moment.
