Vernon’s The Rise golf course is adding a ‘world class’ restaurant

VERNON – You won’t have to be a golfer to enjoy the great views of Okanagan Lake and the City of Vernon once The Rise Golf Course builds what it’s billing as a world-class restaurant.

The multi-million dollar, 30,000 square foot building will feature a restaurant and bar with 35-foot high windows on the top floor and multi-level patios.

“We know our visitors love this space to get away from the everyday,” Chad Scott, Director of Golf, said in a news release. “But we recognize that what we have up here at the top of the world should be enjoyed by more people, so we’re building an amazing experience for everyone—locals, visitors, and the whole community.”

No details were released on when the restaurant will open.
