Salmon Arm RCMP arrest break and enter suspect

SALMON ARM – A man wanted for break, enter and theft since October has been taken in to custody by Salmon Arm RCMP.

Police located Jason Ross Cameron, 41, on Dec. 28, a Chase RCMP media release says. He was arrested and taken into custody without incident.

In October Cameron was wanted for break, enter and theft, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and theft of a motor vehicle. The media release at that time said he has no fixed address but was believed to be in the North Shuswap area.

Police would like to thank the public who provided information regarding Cameron’s location. It is through the public’s assistance that he was located and taken into custody.
