Downtown Kamloops nightclub up for sale

KAMLOOPS – One of the few nightclubs in Kamloops is up for sale.

According to a real estate listing on Realtor.ca, CJ's Nightclub is on the market for $450,000.

The listing states this is a good opportunity for a hands-on owner-operator to buy the club. CJ's has operated in downtown Kamloops for more than 30 years.

The nightclub's liquor primary licence is for 625 seats. The real estate listing states that this is being offered as an asset sale. A share in building ownership may also be available.

From the real estate listing, it appears CJ's will continue to operate as a nightclub under new ownership.
