Boil Water Notice – Trout Creek Area only

Please note this Boil Water Notice will only affect residents that live on the lake side in Trout Creek (east of Highway 97).

The District of Summerland wishes to notify Trout Creek residents east of Highway 97 that due to a water main break possible contamination may have entered the water system. A Boil Water Notice is in place and will remain in place until testing is completed next week.

The District of Summerland and Interior Health advise users to bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute prior to consumption or to use an alternate safe source of water.  This includes food preparation, teeth brushing and any consumption of water.
