ER at Ashcroft hospital closed overnight

ASHCROFT – The emergency room at the Ashcroft Hospital and Health Centre will be closed overnight.

Interior Health Authority says in a media release the closure tonight, Nov. 3, is due to “unexpected limited nurse availability.”

The emergency room will be closed from 8 p.m. today until 8 a.m. tomorrow.

Interior Health says it regrets the interruption to service.

Emergency care will be available at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, the Lillooet Hospital and the Nicola Valley Hospital in Merritt.
