Multimillion dollar Kelowna home up for auction

KELOWNA – There is no minimum bid on a southeast Kelowna mansion and surrounding property going to auction next month.

The 9,000 square foot, 14-acre property, last listed for $6.5 million, has a view of Okanagan Lake, guest quarters, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to the Platinum Luxury Auctions website.

It also has tennis courts, a horse paddock, jacuzzi, wine cellar and a chef's kitchen.

Although the home is valued at a little over $3 million, it has been previously listed for $6.5 million.

The auction will be held on Thursday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m.
