Juno award winner Ron Sexsmith playing show in Kamloops in May

KAMLOOPS – Canadian music icon Ron Sexsmith is returning to Kamloops.

The critically acclaimed singer and songwriter will be playing a show Sunday, May 14 at the Blue Grotto.

While Sexsmith isn’t the most famous name in Canadian music, he’s got some famous fans and many of his songs have been covered by more famous names, like k.d. lang, Rod Stewart and Michael Buble.

He’s touring to support his latest album, The Last Rider. Other shows in the area include Nelson on May 12, Lake Country on May 13 and Vancouver on May 15.

Tickets will be $30 and go on sale Friday, March 24. Ticket price includes a copy of his new album.
