Two-day Uplands Drive road closure

Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Uplands Drive between Lakeshore Road and Stellar Drive will be closed to install a sewer connection.

Traffic lanes will be reopened during the evening and overnight.

The road will then be reduced to single-lane, alternating traffic on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

While the two-day project is underway, motorists and other road users are encouraged to take an alternate route.

The City of Kelowna and workers on site appreciate the patience of residents and motorists.
