TRENDING NOW: Beaver beef in Kelowna

A small group of passersby gathered on a walkway along Waterfront Park in Kelowna to watch a beaver walk across it.

They were enjoying the moment but some became irate when a man on a bicycle rolled up and extended his arm towards the beaver, which seemed like it didn’t want to be touched.

“Hey, don’t f***in’ f*** with it,” one man can be heard saying.

“It was going into the creek anyway,” the cyclist said back.

“I don’t care, dont f***in’ touch it.”

I experienced my first warm, moist beaver last evening. And then some miserable cad tried to grab it.
