RCMP seek patient missing from B.C. psychiatric hospital
COQUITLAM, B.C. – RCMP in Coquitlam, B.C., are on the lookout for a patient they say failed to return to a local psychiatric hospital.
The Mounties say Adam Yvan Gorges was reported missing from the Colony Farm Forensic Institute on Friday evening and is now sought on a Canada-wide warrant.
They say Gorges may behave in a way that poses a risk to himself or others and say he should not be approached.
Anyone who sees him is asked to instead call 911.
He’s described as five feet 10 inches tall, with long brown hair, hazel eyes and a moustache and beard.
