UK tourist wins Christmas Eve $1M jackpot in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS – A woman visiting Las Vegas from the United Kingdom won a jackpot worth more than $1 million on Christmas Eve at the Cosmopolitan casino-resort on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the woman had been playing for 90 minutes Monday morning when she hit a $1,023,743 jackpot on her 960th spin at a slot machine.
The jackpot winner’s name has not been released.
The win is at least the fourth million-dollar jackpot win reported at the casino this year.
