GFL executive joins forces with Paul Coffey in new waste management company
TORONTO – An executive with Green For Life Environmental has joined forces with former NHL star Paul Coffey to launch new environmental waste management company Environmental 360 Solutions Inc.
Danny Ardellini, who founded National Waste Services which later merged with GFL, will head the new company.
He says the company has the expertise and financial backing to become a significant player in the North American environmental waste management industry through acquisitions and internal growth.
Toronto-based E360S says it completed its first deal by acquiring Can Pak Environmental Inc., a central Alberta-based business serving residential, commercial and industrial properties.
E360S has nearly 100 employees, more than 35 trucks, and two recycling facilities that serve more than 150,000 customers weekly.
In addition to the Stanley Cup champion, private equity firm Almada Inc. has also invested in the company.
