PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – Two men have been arrested in connection with a stabbing that began with a hot-sauce squirting incident in a New Hampshire restaurant.
The Portsmouth Herald reports that police say the fight began when Nicholas Abraham squirted Ethan Fishbaugh with hot sauce and chased him out of the eatery on May 29.
Police say Fishbaugh stabbed Abraham in the abdomen and concealed the knife.
Abraham required emergency surgery. Fishbaugh was treated for a head injury. Both men are 27 years old.
Police say that the Fishbaugh was charged with four counts of second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence and four misdemeanour counts of simple assault.
Abraham’s charged with several misdemeanours.
It wasn’t immediately known if they had lawyers. A message was left for Fishbaugh at a possible number; a number couldn’t be found for Abraham.
