The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that the incident began around 2 a.m. Saturday when a man armed with a machete entered the Law Enforcement Center and said he had a bomb.

Officers were able to get the man to exit the building. Police Lt. Steve Roth says officers used a stun gun to subdue the man when he became aggressive. Roth says the man sustained only “superficial” injuries.
