Girl responsible for Ashlee Hyatt murder charged with bail breach

The girl charged with manslaughter in the death of Ashlee Hyatt is being charged with breaching her bail conditions.
Ashlee Hyatt was found dead after a fatal stabbing at a Peachland House Party in 2010. A teenage girl from West Kelowna was found guilty of manslaughter in 2012. The girl is now facing new charges of breach of undertaking and recognizance, according to the Kelowna Provincial Court docket of March 25th, 2013.
The girl is not currently in custody, and is required to return to court next month for a sentence hearing on April 16th.
