Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Down 18 cents, or 7.06 per cent, to $2.37 on 20.6 million shares. The U.S. International Trade Commission voted unanimously Friday for the government to continue its investigation into allegations by Boeing that Bombardier’s CSeries jets are being unfairly subsidized. The commission said there is a “reasonable indication” that a U.S. industry is threatened with “material injury” due to the aircraft allegedly being sold in the United States at less than fair value.

Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX:RKN). Application software. Up one cent, or 1.27 per cent, to 80 cents on 10.5 million shares.

Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 59 cents, or 4.90 per cent, to $12.63 on 7.02 million shares. The Calgary-based company has a deal to sell its Piceance natural gas assets in Colorado for US$735 million cash to Caerus Oil and Gas LLC of Denver.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down nine cents, or 2.40 per cent, to $3.66 on 5.9 million shares.

Manulife Financial Corp. (TSX:MFC). Financial Services. Up 47 cents, or 1.99 per cent, to $24.09 on 5.6 million shares.

Eldorado Gold Corp. (TSX:ELD). Miner. Up four cents, or 1.04 per cent, to $3.89 on 5.4 million shares.

Companies reporting major news:

Hudson’s Bay Company (TSX:HBC). Retailer. Down $1.10, or 10.50 per cent, to $8.61 on 2.4 million shares. After market close on Thursday, the Toronto-based retailer released disappointing quarterly earnings and announced it is cutting about 2,000 jobs, including some it that were previously announced in February. CEO Jerry Storch told analysts in a conference call Friday that the company’s transformation plan is intended to put HBC ahead and stay ahead of rapid industry trends, which include a shift from in-store to online shopping.

Quebecor Inc. (TSX:QBR.B). Media, telecommunications. Up seven cents, or 0.17 per cent, to $40.62 on 101,968 shares. Quebecor’s Videotron unit is selling its advanced wireless services spectrum licence in the Greater Toronto Area to Rogers Communications (TSX:RCI.B) (up 43 cents, or 0.69 per cent, to $62.75 on 715,359 shares) for about $184 million. The Montreal-based cable and telecommunications company will use money from the sale to upgrade and expand its high-speed wireless network in Quebec and eastern Ontario.

SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (TSX:SNC). Engineering. Down 27 cents, or 0.51 per cent, to $52.60 on 319,761 shares. Fraud cases resume later this month against several former SNC-Lavalin executives charged in relation to the company’s contract to build a $1.3-billion Montreal hospital, nearly five years after charges were laid. Former CEO Pierre Duhaime, who faces charges of fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and using forged documents, declined to comment after a pretrial conference Friday.
