Man arrested after ‘touching himself’ in front of woman in Kelowna

KELOWNA – A 32-year-old Kelowna man was arrested early yesterday morning after exposing himself to a woman in public and inviting her to touch him.

RCMP say at about 4:11 a.m., Feb. 7, officers responded to a report of an indecent act in the 1900 block of Pandosy Street.

A man, with no pants on, walked up to a woman and touched himself inappropriately and then invited the woman to touch him as well, according to a RCMP media release.

The 36-year-old Peachland woman called police and the suspect was arrested.

RCMP say the woman wasn’t hurt during the encounter.

A 32-year-old Kelowna man faces charges of committing an indecent act. He has been released from custody with a court date on April 11.
