MONTREAL – Welterweight Custio Clayton will try to remain unbeaten when he faces Ramses Agaton in the main event of a boxing card Oct. 20 at the Montreal Casino.
Clayton (9-0-0), a 2012 Olympian from Dartmouth, N.S., will be up against an aggressive left-hander in Agaton (17-4-3), who is coming off a loss by majority decision in November to NABF champion Konstantin Ponomarev.
The co-feature has a women’s bout between Marie-Eve Dicaire (4-0-0) of St. Eustache, Que., against Karla Zamora (3-2-0) of Mexico.
Among other bouts, super-bantamweight Vislan Dalkhaev (7-0-0) of Montreal will face Mexican Rodrigo Adrian Campos (10-4-0) in an eight-round bout while super-middleweight southpaw Dario Bredicean (9-0-0), an American fighting out of Montreal, will take on Baptiste Castegnaro (8-9-0) of France.
