Once you chew up the chili pepper there is no escape from the heat.

This nine-year-old kid from Ireland decided he'd record himself eating a Carolina reaper, one of the hottest peppers in the world.

It sounds like he had an adult present for the stunt, but apparently not a responsible one.

Poor kid. There isn't enough milk in the world to stop the hurt.

Over 1.2 million views and rising.
