{"id":4935,"date":"2025-10-29T10:12:15","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T17:12:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.infonews.ca\/?p=7404881"},"modified":"2025-10-29T10:12:15","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T17:12:15","slug":"two-injured-in-motorcycle-crash-that-closed-okanagan-connector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.infonews.ca\/inwheels\/news\/4935\/two-injured-in-motorcycle-crash-that-closed-okanagan-connector\/","title":{"rendered":"Two injured in motorcycle crash that closed Okanagan Connector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The RCMP is trying to find out more about a motorcycle crash that injured two people and closed the Okanagan Connector on Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A blue Harley-Davidson with two people on it crashed on Highway 97C north of the junction with Highway 8 at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 27, according to a press release from police.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver, a 37-year-old man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The passenger, a 39-year-old Logan Lake woman, was hospitalized with life-altering, life-threatening injuries.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlcohol and speed are being investigated as contributing factors,\u201d RCMP Cpl.
