It was pushed into the oncoming lane where it collided with an oncoming SUV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First responders were called to the scene around 11 a.m. and found people from both vehicles had just minor injuries, according to a BC RCMP news release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collision forced a seven-hour closure as the debris was cleaned and police investigated the scene, concluding alcohol or drugs were not believed to be a factor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highway was reopened around 6:30 p.m., Aug. 26, according to DriveBC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>People in both vehicles escaped with minor injuries after a semi-truck collided with an SUV in a highway snowshed near Revelstoke.
