The Trans-Canada Highway has reopened near Sorrento this afternoon after a crash.<\/p>\n

DriveB.C. reported a vehicle incident on the highway west of Sorrento at Little River Road caused the road's closure but has since reported the incident has been cleared.<\/p>\n

Delays due to congestion are expected. A spokesperson with the B.C. RCMP said this crash occurred between two vehicles and the road`s closure was due to an air ambulance on scene but she did not have details on how the crash occurred or the number of injuries.<\/p>\n

B.C. Emergency Heath Services and the Chase Fire Department could not be immediately reached for comment.<\/p>\n
