A Kamloops man was busted for crashing an Audi into a Penticton car dealership.<\/p>\n
It happened around 1:30 a.m. yesterday, Oct. 18, according to an RCMP press release.<\/p>\n
The driver, a 42-year-old Kamloops man, ran a red light where Highway 97 meets Green Mountain Road in Penticton.<\/p>\n
The Audi travelled northbound on Highway 97 for a short period before the driver lost control and hit parked cars at the Skaha Ford dealership.<\/p>\n
The collision caused "significant damage" to several parked vehicles, RCMP said.<\/p>\n

No other injuries were reported.<\/p>\n The suspect is now facing charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, impaired driving, driving, without a licence and driving without insurance.<\/p>\n “Thankfully, no one was seriously injured as a result of this incident,” Const.
