That\u2019s the Central Okanagan\u2019s share of single-detached home construction in B.C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>22,347:<\/strong> That\u2019s the five-year average for how many homes in multi-unit buildings like duplexes and townhomes are registered in in B.C. at this point in the year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>19,994:<\/strong> That\u2019s how many homes in multi-unit buildings have been registered in B.C. this year so far.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>36.6:<\/strong> Per cent.
