{"id":7664,"date":"2025-10-31T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-01T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.infonews.ca\/?p=7406803"},"modified":"2025-10-31T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2025-11-01T01:00:00","slug":"immense-3500-acre-property-hits-the-market-in-lake-country","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.infonews.ca\/inhome\/news\/7664\/immense-3500-acre-property-hits-the-market-in-lake-country\/","title":{"rendered":"Immense 3,500-acre property hits the market in Lake Country"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With views of four lakes, a huge swath of North Okanagan land has recently come on the market in Lake Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 3,400-acre property encompasses a piece of land that stretches from Highway 97 over the hilltop to Commonage Road and Carrs Landing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priced at $22 million, it&#8217;s a rare find to see such an extensive piece of largely developable land for sale in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realtor Faith Wilson has the listing and her ad states that three small parcels are in the Agricultural Land Reserve with the remaining zoned for country residential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Referred to as Ellison Bench, it appears the land is mainly forested with the top being flat and providing &#8220;sweeping, majestic views.&#8221; Okanagan Lake, Kalamalka Lake, Wood Lake and Duck Lake can all be seen from the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.infonews.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-10-30-at-4.12.18-PM.png?w=1024\" alt=\"|\" class=\"wp-image-7406822\" title=\"|\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The 3,400-acre site is largely ripe for development.
