The new listing is for a home at 12990 Pixton Rd. that was recently posted by Kirk Chamberlain, founder of Chamberlain Property Group in Penticton.<\/p>\n

It’s a bit larger than the new listing.<\/p>\n

The main residence is 20,306 square feet with a 4,163 square foot guest wing and a 1,820 square foot caretaker's residence on 8.55 acres with 850 feet of shoreline. It has eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.<\/p>\n
