RE\/MAX Kelowna realtor Keith Watts has two similar waterfront properties in the Carrs Landing area of Lake Country for sale for a total of $30 million.<\/p>\n

That’s for more than 30 acres of land with 2,400 feet of waterfront.<\/p>\n

Both are listed as 15490 Carrs Landing Road.<\/p>\n

One is 18.5 acres with 1,850 feet of low and high bank waterfront and an orchard, which gives the land farm tax status.<\/p>\n

It could be subdivided into six waterfront estates.<\/p>\n

It’s listed for sale for $18 million and the listing estimates payments would be $87,896 per month.<\/p>\n
