When you are racing in an endurance event nutrition is a huge part of the equation, and often it’s an area that can be confusing to figure out. This is why we’ve brought in Cory Krist, Professional Endurance Coach and Ironman Athlete to talk about what you need to know about fuelling in training and on the big day! Cory will talk about macro nutrients, metabolic intensity zones & general eating guidelines. Optimal fuelling timing for training, recovery and racing. Bring your questions! We have teamed up with F2C Nutrition another local BC company and we will have samples of some of their products that you can try out.
